On Tuesday, August 1st, DEXSTA participated in National Night Out. This was the fourth year DEXSTA volunteers have taken part in this awesome event. Now celebrated every year, nationwide, this is an event that boosts community morale and promotes safety while encouraging positive relationships between law enforcement agencies, neighborhoods, and volunteers. As a credit union, it has become one our favorite opportunities to interact with the communities that we serve.
This year’s event was held at Kirk Middle School in Newark, DE. Team DEXSTA brought their prize wheel so attendees of all ages could have the chance to spin and win! And spin they did, the wheel did not stop throughout the entire event, with tons of prizes and DEXSTA swag given out. DEXSTA hopes to proudly participate in this event for many years to come.
