Go paperless and enjoy hassle-free eStatements from DEXSTA FCU. Available on the first of each month, DEXSTA FCU members can access up to one year of eStatements online 24/7. eStatements are suitable for tax use and contain all the same information as your mailed statements.

Opt in to begin receiving paperless eStatements:
- Log into DEXSTA@Home
- Click on the “My Settings” tab
- Click on the eStatement Preferences tab
- Switch the drop down menu to “Electronic Statements”
Delivery of your paper statements will be discontinued after signing up. To opt out from receiving eStatements, log in to Home Banking and disable eStatements in your account preferences, or print and mail an opt out form to any DEXSTA branch.

DEXSTA eStatements
By clicking "Continue" in Home Banking eStatement Preferences, you specifically consent and agree to accept eStatements electronically. An email notice of the availability of the forgoing will be sent to the email address you provide. Your online eStatements will include the periodic account and transaction activity for your Deposit and Loan accounts; electronic funds transfer services; and periodic notice of billing error rights. Responses to billing error inquiries will be sent to your postal mail address.
It is important that you inform us each time your email address changes so we can communicate the availability of your eStatements, or any change in terms or change to our service. You can do this by completing the email address change in the Self Service menu in Home Banking.
Your eStatements will be available for up to one year on our website and can be obtained by using any computer that is connected to the Internet. You may access your eStatements as PDF documents through our website. You will need Netscape 7.2, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 5 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher to access eStatements electronically for your records. By your consent you are telling the Credit Union that you have printing capability or the capability to store electronically for your records. You may subsequently request a paper copy of your statement; however, there will be a charge according to the current fee schedule.
We will suspend mailing your paper statements when you consent to receiving e-Statements online. You have the option to opt out if you wish to discontinue receiving eStatements and would like to receive your statements through mail delivery. You will need to make the change in Home Banking by changing your eStatements preferences to eStatements not enabled. We will not charge you for this service.
You have authorized the Credit Union to send electronically future disclosures required by law, other notices, promotional material, newsletters, special offers etc.
